BRIAN BYRD

Brian joined Prudential Dinning-Beard to allow himself
to specialize in residential and commercial sales.

Brian was formerly employed by a large, privately owned corporation as a Property Manager and Marketing Manager. The company later went public.

Brian has been involved in residential living for over 10 years: selling, purchasing, managing, and marketing businesses in Kansas, Texas
New Mexico, Louisana, Colorado, Missouri, Ohio and Oklahoma.

Brian has been fortunate enough to experience a wide variety of business situations and enjoys the challenge of introducing buyers and sellers.

Brian has received The Manufactured Housing Institutes, Accredited Communtiy Manager (ACM) designation in 2000

Brian is a former Prudential Dinning-Beard "Rookie of the Year".

He is U.S. Army Veteran and is a member of the YMCA

Brian received Presidential Physical Fitness Award in 1995

Brian is the former Strength and Conditioning coach for the Wichita Tigers (Semi-Pro Football). Brian is a Freemason, 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, and a Noble with the Midian Shrine Temple in Wichita, Kansas

Brayden, the brunette, is now 14 and attends Maize South Middle in Maize.
Active in basketball, volleyball and softball you can typical find her at practices and games.

Jayde, or "The Jay Bird", the blonde, is the wild one of the family and is now 10
and in Elementary school in Maize as well. She stays active playing with friends and with her basketball team.

This is Brayden's fourth year playing basketball and she is doing well.
She is playing in the MAYB league on a great team with a great coach,
which by the way is not Brian!
